"Overall it was good. Unfortunately I had many issues in my room. No hot water when I took a shower!! I had to take cold showers for 4 nights, tv had a terrible signal so I couldn’t watch a movie, blow dryer didn’t work and their shower didn’t have any conditioner or body wash!! I would not stay at this hotel again!! "

"Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and larger than expected. We got there early and the lobby was crazy busy with people waiting for rides to the port for various cruises. We dropped our bags with the staff and went for a walk to the nearby park. By the time we returned two hours later all was calm and we were impressed by how clean and calm the lobby was!"
