"Great overall experience. The hotel is located in a vibrant spot in the heart of Brickell. Walking distance to good dining and shopping. The hotel has a luxury vibe, very enjoyable. The only area that did not meet my expectations was the pool; very small area for the amount of people, most of which looked like young people having a good time, maybe paying for a day pass, that kept me away from enjoying this area. The staff is great and really provide a great customer experience."

"Great location. Walkable to Convention Center (~10min). The Miami trolley stop (free) is nearby. A bit noisy Fri/Sat nights until ~11p with DJ and games if your room is in the Dorset building w/balconnet. The balconnet rooms open to a walled view."
