This 26 m² studio is located in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg and accommodates up to 2 guests on the second floor. You have a cozy living room with a large fold-out double bed as well as a private kitchen with all essential utensils. The studio features a modern bathroom, TV, and Wi-Fi. Washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. An elevator provides convenient access.



Enjoy the beautiful sea view of the island Neuwerk from your private balcony. Relax in the beach chair directly opposite the apartment and admire the coastal landscape.



A private parking space at the house ensures a convenient arrival, and a bicycle room is available for your excursions. You can rent bicycles in the immediate neighborhood. After your daily activities, the communal sauna invites you to relax, which you can use on request and for an additional fee.
