"Great clean place and location. Very large deck with fish cleaning area. Launch is very close and could leave boat tied off to dock without having to relaunch every day. Very easy checkin process and owner is readily available for any questions you may have. Would definitely book again."

"My husband and 2 sons stayed for a high school fishing tournament. They said the cabin and area were very nice! They had everything they needed near by and used the fire pit both nights! "

"We are a large family that grew up with a camp at Toledo Bend and decided to celebrate Christmas this year over New Years and recreate some childhood memories and make some new traditions. Our family includes 20 people, ranging from age 6 - 70. 14 of us actually slept at the house and there was plenty of room. The house was a PERFECT size and layout for our gathering. It was warm and cozy, very clean. The indoor wood burning fireplace added to the charm. Kitchen appliances appeared to be new and the kitchen was well stocked. The long counter was perfect for all the food, and the open floor plan was great for a family of 20 to gather around. A few more towels and cozy blankets/throws would be useful. The outdoor fire pit area is large and was probably our favorite spot and the kids enjoyed fishing from the pier. The pier had lights beaming towards the water to attract fish at night and my nephew caught a pretty large catfish. The only outdoor recommendation I would make would be to update the pathway to the water, it is a little worn down and difficult to walk on. I would highly recommend this location and house for rental. Perfect for a large family or friend gathering, and perfect for children."

"The cabin is beautiful with provided game system for children if needed. Enough space to entertain a medium size family. The only complaint i have is the dust on the nook and cranies, maybe part of the rustic feel but im also allergy prone."
