“Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Allerdings war die Wohnung schon sehr abgenutzt. Es war kalt, weil die Klimaanlahe nicht richtig heizt. Wir haben uns dann auf eigene Kosten einen Heizlüfter gekauft. Warmes Wasser gsb es nur durch die Boost Funktion und 15 bus 30 Minuten das Wasser laufen lassen. Und dann war der Wasserdruck auch sehr gering.”

“Vi trivdes väldigt bra under vår vistelse! Boendet hade ett perfekt läge i ett lugnt och tryggt område, nära både stranden och kommunikationer. Lägenheten var välutrustad och hade allt man behövde, dessutom en stor och trevlig balkong samt en fantastisk takterrass. Ägaren var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Det fanns dock några småsaker som kan förbättras: sängarna och kuddarna var lite hårda, och när vi kom fanns en svag röklukt i lägenheten. Det var också lite oklart vilken rumstyp vi egentligen……

“Just got back from 1 week at Avenue by Deserve.....all I can say is wow this place was amazing. Booked a 1 bedroom executive suite with terrace and believe me the upgrade with terrace was well worth it. Everything was brand new, clean loads of utensils, washing machine, hairdryer, tv in both rooms, fridge was loaded with drinks and snacks on arrival all complimentary. Cleaners came every 2 days and was messaged the time that they were coming, nothing was too much trouble. We needed a iron……

“We were not expecting a miracle only a clean apartment would be sufficient. Unfortunately right after we first entered the apartment we were shocked a little - the floor dirty, all closets and their shelves full of dust, broken closet in bathroom. Mold in bathroom by the shower, the curtain all dirty and stained, toilet has not been cleaned in ages. The appliances, kitchen tools, cutlery in kitchen loathsome, sink and its drain full of hair and residues of food. Towels and bed sheets smelling……
