“I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day……

“A very nice hotel with character. Very friendly and welcoming staff throughout the stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Very large of catering options with buffets every day. The reason we gave 4 stars rather than 5, was related to the cleanliness of the pool. Some areas inside the pool need special hygiene attention.”
