“Excellent stay, close to everything, concert arena, and 24 hours Carrefour, good communication with host. Lots of parks: botanic garden and Orientarium. Great stay!”

“Great stay in the property, quiet location and neighbours. Close to the city centre and various shopping attractions. This is the 4th time I have stayed in this apartment and I was disappointed this time to find I had to make up the bed. I did not know where to find the bedding, there are no instructions, and it is not stored in an obvious place. It took me ages to find it, and I was about to call for assistance when my daughter had the bright idea to look in the sofa bed.... Every other time……

“This was my 3rd stay in this apartment, I had to call them to get the check-in codes, the TV didnt work, I complained immediately but only after I reminded them, I received response on the LAST day… not good. But apartment is very good, and the location 2 minutes from Manufaktura is perfect. Plenty of free parking lots 2 minutes from apartment, and several high speed chargers for EV, also at Manufaktura. I will for sure book again.”

“Terrible communications. Requested checkin instruction 3 times each of the 3 days before my arrival in Poland without any reply. I had to phone the office when I arrived in the city 2 hours before checking in to find the apartment and get instructions for access. Then the instructions and codes given were incorrect and I was locked out of the apartment block. Was unable to get through on the phone, just got a Polish voicemail message, but was eventually able to get the problem solved on……

“Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne . Było czysto jedynie kuchenka nie działała. I była pęknięta szyba w oknie . Ta kuchenka to taki największy minus być może jest tylko odłączona ale nie znaleźliśmy dostępu gdzie to sprawdzić. W sypialni założyła bym bardziej przyciemniające zasłony. Po za tym pobyt był udany”
