Everything is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed. The highlight of our stay was the experience at Capital Kitchen, the hotel’s outstanding restaurant. Chef Sandeep Raway is a true culinary artist. His creative and flavorful Indian dishes gave us not just a meal, but a memorable culinary journey. Each dish was rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and made with incredible care. The breakfast was also amazing, so much food.
