Great hotel with a fantastic service from the Spa. Nice rooms and satisfactory restaurant but deeply disappointed by their action of shortening my stay due to Visa issues. Unable to fly back due to Covid, I like every other tourist had to apply for Visa extensions. I showed them my Visa Extension Application receipt and all other paperwork but they refused to accommodate me beyond the original Visa date effectively throwing me out on the street.

It was all very average. The staff were nice enough but their English wasn’t great which made things difficult.
The property was clean and tidy but nothing that overly impressed.
