Spacious and comfortable room with daily housekeeping, which was much appreciated. The only downside was that the lifts were quite slow, especially during busy hours. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The room was amazingly roomy. Everything was clean. I got there early and couldn't check in which is fair but their lobby consists of a front desk and a few chairs. No place to really relax or have a drink. There was a small balcony with a partial sea view. The beaches are clean but directly across the street from the hotel the beach entrance, about 50 yards in length before you reach the sand is strewn with trash. That was disappointing. I know if that were my hotel I'd make sure that area was spotless. If you travel a mile south, the beach entrances are beautiful.

Rummet var underbart och städningen perfekt. Nya handdukar varje dag nya lakan varannan dag. Jätte trevlig personal i receptionen och frukost matsalen. Pool möblerna behöver en uppfräschning samt personalen vid pool är inte trevligt kändes lata. Men allt annan är helt underbart. Kommer väldigt gärna tillbaka. Mvh Nicklas Nilsson

The room didn't look like the pictures! Everything in the room was a bit damaged and tatty. Wood everywhere, which made it dark and the wood was chipped on every corner, making it feel run down. Location was good, but no balcony and view wasn't great. Breakfast was good and walkable to lots of areas with restaurants and bars. It wasn't clear on the listing that this is an apartment hotel and right next to the Sheraton, which looked a lot smarter. The lifts were terrible with average wait of 10 minutes to get up or down, unfortunately. We enjoyed our stay overall, but wouldn't stay here again.

A wonderful family holiday

My family had a very pleasant stay at Altara Suites. It took us less than 5 min to city centre by Grab car. The building and rooms are well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast provided choices for both adults and kids. We definitely will stay here again.

The suite was large and spacious, which we appreciated during our stay. However, there was a noticeable mildewy smell in the room. The staff was accommodating and moved us to a different room with a much better view after our initial room overlooked an abandoned high-rise building. The food and breakfast were standard—nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the property could use some improvements, as there were visible paint chips and stained flooring in the outdoor areas. The location is a plus, with easy access to the beach. That said, my biggest complaint is the elevator situation. It takes a very long time to get one, and when it does arrive, it’s often partially occupied by service staff, making it even more inconvenient.

Excellent hotel, best location with nearby walking distance sea food restaurants. Excellent hotel, best friendly services started with Ms. Nguyệt and front desk staff to Ms. Hạnh the bartender at Altitude Bar. Even though the breakfast staff provided tentative services, the menu variety selections could use some improvements. Overall, an excellent hotel with a Living room, Kitchen/Dining and full washer/dryer in room for two bedroom setup is a must for a complete vacation.

The room is great. It's very hard find one with a bathtub in this city. The elevators are real slow though. Try to get a room on a lower floor.
