We had a lovely stay, family owned and run, it was great to be away from the hustle and bustle and felt like a calming spot, where we could relax by the pool or in our room. The hosts are friendly and able to offer advice on activities. We were a family of four and shared a room together. The property has a rustic charm The property is located a short stroll or a quick Grab from down town Hoi An.

The setting is amazing

I like the location, as I was able to walk to the ancient town as well as the silk village, but also got to watch the water buffalos amble across the rice paddy in a shroud of mist in the mornings, framed by the beautiful tropical flowers the owner has planted. Had breakfast there on one morning, and the hotel owners were just bringing the fresh produce back from the market. The owner responded quickly when I needed assistance with how to turn on some items in the room. All the mattresses in Vietnam have been too hard for me, but this one was actually a high quality tempur-pedicure type. I cut the foam mattress topper that I use at home and rolled it up and have been using it everywhere and it has been a big help for a little extra softness. the Wi-Fi worked well in my room

기분좋고 로컬한 호텔을 찾는다면 여기 추천 !

에어컨이 시원하지 않고, TV가 없지만 호텔의 가족같은 분위기는 마음에 들고 사장님의 환대가 무척 기분좋았습니다. 식사도 물론 맛있었구요. 가까운 곳에 올드 타운이 있어서 놀기에도 좋았습니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문할 예정이에요~ :)

Cosy homestay by the rice field

I had only short stay, but enjoyed it greatly. The owner couple are extraordinarily nice, helpful and friendly people -the most important factor in a homestay like this. Location is a bit off the centrum, next to a rice field. For me that was perfect; listening the choir of frogs and other sounds of nature in the evening was relaxing and magical. The old town of Hoi An and markets are still within a reasonable walking distance. This place is not a 5-star hotel with facilities of such, it's a homestay. Keeping that in mind, I can highly recommend La Terazza for accommodation in Hoi An.

フレンドリーなオーナーNicolaさん家族、田園風景にかこまれた静かで癒される空間。ホイアン旧市街へも程よくアクセスしやすく、素晴らしい滞在になりました。旧市街までは自転車で看板犬のアイディーンや、猫たちものんびりと暮らしていました。次は一日中、彼らとゆったりとした時間をすごすのも楽しいかもしれません。

オーナーはイタリア人とベトナム人の夫婦。温かいおもてなしで居心地がよかったです。 そして、テラスからのviewが最高でした。 喧騒を離れた住宅地にあり、目の前は広い田んぼが広がっています。
