The place just needs a little vacuuming especially the bed sheets. We found a bunch of hairs in the beds. Some blinds were broken. It looked like a dog had chewed up through. "Eagle Ranch Estate is one of the best family vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. First, there was room for everyone for sleeping. That is so important for a big family (18 members). The two kitchens and outdoor cooking areas gave us plenty of room for fixing meals and eating together. Since it was Thanksgiving/November, we weren't interested in using the dock, but we did walk down to it and it was quite far. The parking is a little tight if you park next to the garage, but if you park in front of the garage, it's on an incline and you may stick out into the street depending on the size of your vehicle.
