“This was was perfect for a big group of friends visiting Tampa area. There were more than enough rooms/bathrooms and enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably . Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that can sleep a big group!”

“The property was beautiful, very clean and had all described amenities. However, for a house that sleeps up to 22 people there was very minimal necessities, for example; no oven mits, zero extra towels/blankets/pillows, not enough plates/cutlery. No kitchen towels. I believe this is a newer listing so overall this property was great and worth the money but a 50 run to the dollar store would definitely make a difference. ”

It was the perfect spot for a family getaway.A few suggestions—adding a few more kitchen items would make cooking a bit easier, and having extra paper towels and garbage bags on hand would be helpful.Overall, we loved our time here and would definitely rent this home again. “We just spent 3 weeks at the Zen Den while my husband had surgery at Moffitt Cancer Center and recuperated. It was a perfect fit. So close to the hospital while he was there and then the clinic for post-op! A nice neighborhood where we could walk and allow him to build up strength after surgery. Many places to eat or pick up food nearby, and Publix too. A pool for my daughter’s amusement. The townhouse itself was perfect. Very clean, very private and everything we needed and more was included.……

“Such a nice place to stay. The neighborhood is great, and close to many amenities. We visited Howard Beach, super close. The house was clean, open and spacious. There were four of us, and there was plenty of room so we weren’t on top of each other. We had a great time and I would recommend the home for anyone.”

“Check in was very informational and when we had a problem it was handled very promptly. The only problems we encountered were technical and were handle easily via text. The and guest houses are well maintained. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the size of the oven. We were a small group and planned to eat our meals on the property to enjoy all the amenities. There were a few things that required the use of the oven and because it wasn't a full size oven it took longer to……

“The property owner was very quick to respond, the place was cozy and had a great setup. I have never stayed in a place before where they had everything you could ever need, toiletries and such! The check in and out process was easy and the pool in the neighborhood was super close so we didn’t have to walk far! My only complaint is that the mattresses on the beds were very firm, but for such a good price and location it was no big deal! Would definitely recommend!”
