Great value for money. Rooms are big and well-furnished. They even have a spacious bathroom with a tub that has water jets. Plus stable WiFi, free breakfast (come early or the best stuff is gone) and free water. The neighbourhood is very close to the KTX station (Daejeon). A bit seedy for Korean standards but no problem. My room seems to have been a smoker's room before since I noticed a faint smell of nicotine during the first night. That was the only slight downside though and I definitely recommend this place.
