Awesome home, loved it.

It was so nice to rent such a new, clean and well-stocked home. The kitchen had everything we looked for and the home was so clean and fresh. We were only there for 3 nights so didn't have time to enjoy the back patio, but it is beautiful too with comfortable furniture outside too. The kiddos loved the bunks upstairs and all the choices of beds. Very convenient location to stores, and restaurants including some favorite donut and coffee shops! We were only there for a 3 day weekend but are anxious to return! Best rental ever! TY

Fantastic House

The house was amazing, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay complete with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils. All the beds were comfortable, furnishings and televisions were perfect. The house is located close enough to the beaches and restaurants within a 5 mile radius. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

House is beautiful and spacious, but the listing mentions a built in grill and we did not see one. Also trying to find the rules for check in, check out were only found if you have the app or when they email you, there is no book or binder with house info, rules, etc. Overall we would stay again we had a great time!

A lovely house. It looks brand new. The bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious. The view from the backyard is spectacular. My only complaint is that the house location is near a busy intersection so there's a lot of noise and not much privacy.

Perfect getaway

The home is more impressive in person than on the website. Loved the open space concept, it flows very nicely throughout the first floor. The beds were very comfortable and first floor bathrooms were very spacious with good water pressure specially the showers. We were also able to enjoy the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine next to the fire pit. Did I mentioned it has a built in fire pit. It had rained the day before our arrival so the fire wood was wet. We were debating if to dry some of it on the grill when out of nowhere a small white pickup truck pulled in the driveway and started to unload fresh dry firewood. He proceeded to ask if we would like for him to start a fire for us, which he did. He introduced him self as Julio , who works for the property owner. This was a perk we didn’t expected and if we needed anything to just call Vacasa. He would be there in a matter of minutes since he lives near by. We live in northern New Jersey but have a lots of friends who had made this area of Delaware their home and we’re always invited to stay with them but we liked our own space. I’m glad we found this gem and is only 12-15 minutes from the beach.

Best Family Rental EVER
