"Clean and new hotel, convenient place for transportation, and at the gate to Grand World. Staff was friendly and let us borrow towels before and after our stay. "

"Hotel is in a nice and quiet location. Within walking distance to shopping areas, shows, and bus stops. However, all linen (bed sheets, blanket, pillow cases, and even towels) were stained, found hairs (long hair and shaved hairs) on bed, shampoo & body wash was really watered down, found two used condoms in the trashcan, rat poop on window seal. Asked staff for extra towels because our towels didnt smell clean and was told he had no more. Cleanliness is questionable here. "

"Muy decepcionante. El hotel no se parece a las fotos. La superior room no tiene ventana real: da a una pared, sin vista ni ventilación. El personal no habla inglés y no entregan la habitación antes de las 2 pm aunque esté lista. El desayuno es de mala calidad, con pocas opciones y te cobran extras como el café aun habiéndolo pagado. La ubicación tampoco es real: no está a 1 minuto del parque, queda más lejos y además hay que pagar buggy. No lo recomiendo."

"Amazing service and beach"

"I stayed here during my time on the island last week. I arrived to the address listed at a round 9pm after my flight, I didn’t utilize the airport shuttle service and upon my arrival, nobody was there for checkin. My mistake as I thought I only had to reach out in advance if I required the shuttle service as it says check in is available until midnight. This quickly got resolved and the manager sent someone to let us in. When the employee arrived, he took us to a different homestay location....
