Had issues w/ tv not working, there was no cable box. Staff was gracious, she gave us another room immediately. Overall: clean room, polite staff. We came to help our son move to another location. This was so very convenient for us, to get away from the stresses of moving. The area was well maintained and the wildlife was amazing to watch.
