"Enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Nohga Hotel in Ueno. This is a smaller boutique type hotel that sits in a very quiet area but just 5 minutes from the Ueno Station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a selection of toiletry supplies which was very helpful when one of suitcases arrived late. There is a nice pop up bar in a comfortable lounge to relax with very reasonable prices. The coin operated laundry was also very convenient. Overall, they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!"

We accidentally went to the wrong location and the welcoming team at the hotel kindly directed us the the right hotel and called the right hotel in advance to let them know we had arrived and was due there shortly. Luckily we weren’t the only family that went to the wrong hotel. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very kind and welcoming. "
