Pas entretenu

Appartement pas prêt à notre arrivée, pas nettoyé, linge de maison utilisé, cuisine rempli de cafards. Les cafards se promènent aussi abondamment dans les couloirs et salle à manger. Réfrigérateur dans un état lamentable. Si vous êtes allergiques à la poussière, évitez, quoique la pharmacie très proche est ouverte jusqu’à 22h00 et vend de la ventoline sans ordonnances. Expérience désolante pour la propreté et pour le prix et de bien meilleur appartement ailleurs.

Environnement calme ,paisible,et sécurisés.Appartement confortable ,spacieux ,accessible et proche du centre ville et des commerces. J'ai beaucoup apprécié M.DIALLO le gérant pour son écoute, sa bienveillance, sa réactivité et sa sympathie. Il est toujours disponible pour répondre aux sollicitations. Superbe séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Dakar, à la hauteur de nos espérances et l'appartement de Lemzo Keleefa y a grandement contribué ! Sa situation géographique à mi chemin entre le Plateau et l'île de N'gor, l'espace disponible avec 4 belles chambres, ainsi que l'accès à la terrasse (non équipée) ce qui nous a permis d'effectuer nos entraînements de danse, tout s'est révélé parfait. La proximité du Camp Militaire peut être un inconvénient car les séances de tirs commencent tôt le matin ! Mais, comme disent les Sénégalais : Dakar ne dort pas ! Encore un grand merci à Dabo et Lamine pour leur accueil.

Environnement sécurisé et cadre convivial

Séjourner dans cet appartement, c'est comme être à la maison mais transposé(ees) dans une autre aire. Niché au coeur du quartier BATRAIN en pleine expansion, ce 5 pièces tout confort permet de passer un séjour inoubliable à Dakar, avec un voisinage sympathique et bienveillant. Une mention spéciale pour le gardien de l'immeuble, Monsieur Dabo Kaoussou. Toujours disponible, prévenant et aux petits soins pour les locataires !!!
