“Clean, bright, cute house! Beds were comfortable and AC was great. Great location in short walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Host Chip was very quick to send details, check in on trip and offer any help. 5 star house and host! Thank you Chip and family.”

“Hi! The house is beautiful and was perfect for our smaller party. We appreciated the layout, the extra things in the garage for the beach and the location. We didn't enjoy not knowing that we didn't have access to the pool that was shown in the pictures or the golf cart that was shown in the pictures. Sure maybe it was somewhere for us to see if but you have never been to cape charles that's hard to understand. Getting a golf cart at the last minute is not easy. We could only find one for……

“We enjoyed staying at this dog friendly duplex! Everything was very clean and as advertised. The walkability to everything was wonderful. We were worried that we might be able to hear the neighbors between the shared wall but didn’t hear a thing! It was fun to talk to neighbors and people passing by while sitting on the porch. We also didn’t have to worry about parking for the Friday night concert - all we had to do was step out the door! Our furry family member enjoyed many walks in the park……

“We stayed here with our 3 kids and had a wonderful time. The condo is just a block from all of the shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors located on the Main Street in the town. And then it is very easy to walk just a few minutes to the beach. Check in process was great and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. We appreciate being able to check in early and drop off our stuff before we headed to the beach on our first day. The condo itself was spacious and perfect for our……
