Unfortunately the rental unit was not as described. We arrived and the house was very, very dirty. We attempted to clean it ourselves and left it better than we found it, but ultimately decided to leave and did not stay in the house overnight at all…for what was supposed to be a one week stay. We opted for a hotel. We reached out to Vrbo for help to get any kind of refund; however, the host refused to give a refund and Vrbo said they couldn’t make hosts give refunds regardless of the state of the rental unit.

Host was excellent at responding quickly. House was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. It could have had a refresh cleaning before we got there. Very dusty. Coffee table had half inch of dust on it. I went around and dusted everything. We assumed it hadn’t been rented out in awhile. It suited our purpose of visiting family for Thanksgiving.

VERY quiet neighborhood, even though it is population dense! That AC rocked the cold air...it was set at 72 and I never was tempted to touch it!. All the appliances worked well. The host responded lightening fast to any questions I had. Definitely staying there next time we are in the area.
