Beautiful house with gorgeous pool

The house is beautiful with a very large kitchen opened to the family room. The master was on the first floor and has a gorgeous large bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. All the pictures are accurate. The pool is gorgeous and we enjoyed swimming every day. They also have furniture outside to relax in the shade. Coffee shops and restaurants are a quick drive and the neighbor felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Last minute trip!

The home is very comfortable, furnished well and the outdoor pool area was a plus. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen as well as the outdoor grill. The pool was clean and the green space behind the pool was nice. We did have to sweep off the outdoor furniture, but not a big deal. We enjoyed watching movies in the media room. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to grocery store and cvs. Pool towels would be nice to have and wi-if password displayed. Be sure to complete your registration prior to arrival so you will have your door code Overall, the home exceeded our expectations.

We loved it BUT

some of the things that were not communicated were the steps. The stairs go 2 places in game room. Only 2 bds did not have steps(large steps). The master bed and bath had stairs down into room and stairs down to pool. The living room couches were straight up sitting.we were unable to relax even trying to lay down. It reminded me of waiting room sitting. Carpet cleaner where the when we arrived so the carpets were wet. Game machine did not work after 2 different workman came to look at it. The flagstone around pool was uneven and many stairs to get around coming into/ out of house. Basically we did not find house comfortable. When the address of residence was changed it caused us to drive further than planned. I think these are things the next renters need to know.

Fantastic stay with a very professional management team!

My wife, kids and I have been coming to Texas every summer for the past few years to spend time with her family who lives there. We have stayed at multiple rental properties and always rent for almost 2 months. This year we lucked out by finding this wonderful property which was in a nice residential neighbourhood. The best part was the management team at Goldenest who were very responsive and handled our stay and any requests we had perfectly. The house itself was very well appointed and had everything from coffee machine to crock pot. The house even has its own media / cinema room which our kids loved and a nice office space upstairs which I could use to do my work and take calls. The master bedroom was large and very spacious with big shower and whirlpool bath tub which made bathing the kids a fun experience. I would not hesitate in booking this property again and we would love to work with and stay long term with the Goldnest team at the helm. Thank you for helping us have an awesome summer and we will definitely be seeing you guys again soon. :)
