With 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, two game rooms, two living rooms, and an amazing outdoor area, every space of this home offers a new adventure waiting to be explored.

Step inside, and you'll immediately be drawn to the heart of the home—the main level (3rd floor)—where an inviting living room with a modern electric fireplace sets the stage for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary creation, whether you're whipping up breakfast or preparing a feast for a night in. Gather around the dining table, share stories, and enjoy a meal before stepping out onto the back porch, where a gas grill awaits for the perfect BBQ. Beyond the porch, the backyard oasis beckons with a sparkling pool, a bubbling hot tub, and a cozy fire pit, making it the ultimate outdoor retreat. For movie lovers, an outdoor projector (available upon request) lets you enjoy cinema nights under the stars.
