Beautiful property!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated in a modern theme. The rooms were spacious, uncluttered, and the beds were comfy. Great layout for a girls weekend get-away. Owner was very responsive and friendly.

Perfect place for girls trip!

Great open plan for a group of friends to visit. Comfortable seating in living room, large dining table and outdoor seating. Bedrooms were arranged well with the 2 bathrooms down stairs and one upstairs. Location was perfect for all the nice shopping and restaurants in historic downtown McKinney. We will stay again

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed the house. It was perfectly clean and Nathan was super responsive on all the questions I had. Also great that it was so close to downtown McKinney!

Clean and beautiful place conveniently located

This place was amazing and its location was awesome. Right in town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet. Well stocked and sorted well. Great overall and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful place in McKinney

The place was great for our group (5 total). Plenty of rooms (and bathrooms!) for all of us. Plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/living area to all be in comfortably. Although we never did it, the place was very walkable to town. Host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Downtown McKinney

The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Great location, close to the McKinney Downtown Square. Home is visually appealing on a very nice lot. It rained while we were there, but would have really enjoyed the backyard/deck given the chance.

Excellent Family Home

The house worked out perfectly for our large group. Each couple had their own rooms/bathrooms. Everything was clean and accessible. Host was VERY quick to respond with any questions we had! Check in/Check out was very easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great house. Walking distance to downtown

Clean, very comfortable, plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Lots of towels and extra pillows and blankets. We had two elderly ladies, mom and dad and three kids. We wanted a place nearby to family for thanksgiving and cooked several dishes in the kitchen. We used to live in downtown McKinney so loved walking around, reminiscing. Thank you for a great spot to stay!

Everything was very nice and very clean. Family enjoyed the stay. Perhaps some cookware that’s nonstick would be better. But overall I would return and so with my family. Thank you very much.

Our family had a great time and the house was clean. The house itself needs an inspection regarding doors that don’t close properly, bathrooms that are in need of repair and other miscellaneous repairs throughout. pingpong table and fire pit were fun!! The host was very helpful!! Lived the outside

A very cozy, beautiful and great place to stay

My family, friends and I stayed at this vrbo for my daughter's wedding nearby and we all absolutely loved it. It was very cozy, everything we needed was provided and Nathan was always very responsive and had great communication. Plus he was very understanding about us hosting some pre-wedding events at the vrbo, which made our wedding weekend even more fun and memorable. Would definitely recommend staying here, you won't regret it. We wish the weather was better during our stay so we could've used the hammocks, ping pong table and backyard patio - that is our only regret here. Again, highly recommend staying here.

Cleanliness and Tranquility

Go a long way in adding value to an experience, esp in the case of a *very* last minute booking op. To be candid, this place was unreasonably...astonishingly, satisfyingly clean. The beds, the floors, the cabinets, the shower areas, the fridge -- all desperately clean. Beyond this, the neighborhood was quiet during both the evening and following day -- no loud cars, no crying babies, no nearby construction, no barking little shi--, er, dogs. Best place I've stayed in to date via Vrbo.

Chance's Wedding

It was great to be able to get a place for my bother's family to stay for my son's wedding. They didn't get to relax and enjoy the place long due to other commitments they had to return to, but slept well and plenty of bathrooms. :) The only thing they said they couldn't find were the ping pong balls, found the paddles though.

Great location for walking to historic downtown McKinney

We enjoyed our stay. House worked well for four couples to stay while attending a wedding about 30 minutes from McKinney.
