Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our newly renovated (2022) houses in Irving is only 10 minutes away from DFW airport, restaurants, and entertainment. Place is close to everything! kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Great centralized location with easy access to main highways, shopping and restaurants. 4 min from grocery shops 15 min to Dallas Love Field airport 10 min from DFW airport 20 min from downtown 25 min Deep Vellum 25 min Forth Worth 15 min Six Flags
HOUSE RULES
Treat the house like it's yours
⦁ No parties or events ($500 penalty)
⦁ Pets are welcome, pet fee $50
⦁ No confetti or a $100 penalty fee will be charge
⦁ Little or no noise after 10:00 pm.
⦁ NO SMOKING inside the house under any circumstances. A fee of $500 will be charged

⦁ SMOKE is allowed OUTDOORS! (Pickup cigarette butts)
⦁ Alarm code is the same as the door code, if alarm will be activated for no reason during your stay and police/ firefighters will come a $150 fee will be charge

Cooking Rules
⦁ No fry foods, turmeric, or curry. Is very hard to get rid of the smells ($200 fee)
⦁ Surveillance or recording devices on property, host has installed (1) security cameras outside only, by the front door.
-Please do not have extra people to sleep other than what you made the reservation for otherwise you will be charge a penalty of $50 per person per night

GARBAGE RULES
⦁ If have more than 80gal of garbage (this is what trash can holds) $100 fee will be charge
⦁ Garbage truck pass every Tuesday need to place bags in the side of the road.
⦁ Garbage cans are located in the backyard not visible from the street.

PETS RULES
⦁ Pets are welcome, with a pet fee of $50 per pet/stay
⦁ Please pick up after your pet or a $100 penalty fee will be charged
⦁ Sofas are not for the pets. Is really hard to get rid of pet's hair

Cute home met our accommodations

We were on a work trip & overall enjoyed our 2 week stay at this property. The owner was very accommodating to our needs & communicated quickly when we needed a later check out. We liked that this home was pet & baby friendly. With that, I do have a few pros/cons I want to share.PROS: dog friendly, clean, updated & felt home-y. The house came with everything we needed including soaps for shower, washing machine & dishes. Owner communicated well with us & very easy check in process. The house was in great proximity to DFW where my husband was working daily. CONS: We wish there was an outdoor covered seating area to enjoy & more privacy than the chain link fence. I was home most of the day with the baby & would have enjoyed more time outdoors without having to drive to a park or take a stroller walk. The gate is also held together by a wire, so careful when considering bringing dogs. The house is older & therefore has poor insulation. We were either freezing cold or burning up with the heater on. I would also make smaller suggestions such as having a stool in the master shower as well as curtains in guest bedrooms due to brightness. The main road & neighborhood are very noisy with cars. We brought our air purifier for white noise and that didn’t cut out the street noise. Lastly, the neighbor tends to enjoy the daily smoking so you’ll smell that outside and sometimes in the home. I would recommend this property for your stay, just take in these notes for consideration!
