Dan at front desk was speculating in personalized service for us , even in spite of our needing to switch rooms once to have a bathtub, and then promptly provided a technician who persevered in getting the ADA window screen to work. Nicely decorated , would benefit from a breakfast even if continental being provided rather than or in addition to the charged option
