Property was just not well maintained. Stained toilet lid, patched painted areas in several places in the room, several places that needed to be patched & painted. Attempted to check in at 4:30pm , no one at desk & four other people waiting to check in. Waited 15 minutes but then left to attend an event.

This hotel should be removed from Expedia. The staff will steal money from you. There are cockroaches and blood in your bed. Plus mice running around.

Outdated property but beds were comfortable. They allowed me to check in early which was nice but had to pay early check in fee in cash which was a bit odd. TV didn’t work and they tried to fix it but said to wait for maintenance man, who never showed up.

I don’t know if that property was under construction but elevator was falling apart my bathroom was dirty and door didn’t lock at all it was windy and windows we glass was so thin i could hear everything

Overall room was good for sleeping, shower,restroom and keeping drinks cool in mini fridge. Going through renovations so it was kind of dirty. Floor molding was off, shower kept leaking, toilet was leaking on inside so it kept filling up every 20 minutes. I also had to kill a couple cockroaches too

Absolutely filthy and in disrepair. The door to the room did not close properly. There was light coming from all sides of it. There was no way to close the door quietly as it had to be pulled shut, and so you could hear everyone's doors being slammed closed during all hours of the night. The back of the bathroom door was filthy. Something had been splattered on the back of it and was not cleaned. Something brown had dripped on the wall inside the shower. There was mold on the inside of the shower curtain. Our bath towel had a hole in it, and the duvet cover was shredded underneath of it in two different places, and had stains on the top. The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall by one screw. There was notable crud and hair all over the bathroom floor, as you could tell it had not been cleaned. The whole place is in need of some major cleaning and renovating. The only bright spot was that the front was very clean and newly remodeled, and the staff that we encountered were very friendly. We didn't even try the complimentary breakfast, as I would not eat anything that came out of this hotel.

There was a permanent yellow urine stain on the toilet. There was a hair that did not belong to me on the countertop of the bathroom that went untouched even after room service cleaned. There were dead bugs and dust in every corner of the room. One was clearly on the ac unit that the room service did not clean. The couch had several stains. The TV was off centered. You could truly tell that this building was old and should be condemned.

The elevator was gross, there was food all over the floor. The floor number buttons were pealed off the elevator. The side door to exit the hotel stayed open even at night, I feel this is unsafe. My room had trash from the coffee area opened. The room door was hard to open and close, and wouldn’t close unless you pushed on it really hard. When needing something from the front desk no one was around, I tried to ring the bell but the bell was broken.
