The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel is within walking distance to the Grapevine Mall-which provided hours of shopping for our teenage daughters. MeowWolf, LegoLand and SeaLife Aquarium are also in the mall, all were amazingly fun!

We had a great stay! The complimentary shuttle service within 5 miles is a really nice touch and made getting around super convenient. The rooms were very clean, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our visit. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast selection — it would be great to see a bit more variety and quality. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

Hotel was rather quiet, I would think that it is more business oriented. The amenities were okay, Definitely gets the job done. The room was extremely comfortable, Very great value I would definitely recommend this hotel to single travelers, business travelers and or just looking for you a good hotel near the airport. I hope to be back again one day.

Hyatt Place Dallas/Grapevine is our go-to hotel when we are in the area. The parking is safe, the airport shuttle bus is on-time and efficient, and the rooms are very nice including comfortable beds and the additional of a living room space and desk area is handy.
