The house was clean the beds were as described. The view is great and the pool is a great size. Lots of seating in the living and dining areas. Half bath downstairs is easy to get to from the pool and a large driveway for parking cars. Quiet area and nice neighborhood. I did not give a better rating because the pool area was not well kept, landscaping over grown and covered in bugs and spiderwebs. Spiderwebs and bugs all over patio, wasp nest etc. Patio furniture needed to be cleaned, and there was just unnecessary junk on the patio, old plant pots, old grill, things other people left behind. Also didn’t appreciate the significant amount of half used items left from other renters. Nothing was bad just things like random shampoos and kitchen stuff that should have been tossed. Outdoor trash cans full on arrival and smelled bad. The management team was very nice and respectful/ responsive! We did have a good time!

Grass wasn’t cut and attracted a lot of bugs by the pool. Spiders were surrounding the patio and the pool. Pool water was murky on the first day. None of the grills worked nor had the materials for it. Did not give us additional towels. The covered area by the lake was infested with spider webs and wasps. No way to get in and out of lake. Most of the brushes were overgrown. All the cabinets were disorganized. One cabinet had a loose knife in it. There was a film of dust on almost everything. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. To be fair, the home layout was very cool. The interior living spaces were all very nice. I slept very well could have been because the bed were nice. Home is located in a nice neighborhood. And the pool table was very nice. On the second day of our stay the pool water cleared up and was nice.
