Centrally located downtown Dallas, nice, clean room with a great view! Only stayed two nights with my partner but definitely would have stayed longer if we could have.
I do wish parking was included, but it is a public garage, so I understand. Overall, I was impressed and happy especially for the nightly rate!

However there was a sound coming from somewhere that kept us up the entire night. I contacted the 24/7 customer service to inform them, and they were absolutely no help. Then they sent me a $20 gift card in the morning as if that was worth my lack of sleep/peace.

Great customer service again! Stayed here twice for Stars games and it’s an easy $10-$15 uber to the game and no issues parking or onsite. Super clean and awesome view of the city! The bar/restaurants are awesome too.
