It is a place to sleep. Cockroaches crawled up the walls in the curtains, both nights that I stayed. I considered sleeping in my car. I found it better off to wait to shower until I got home.

First night was okay, there was just a lot of noises from the neighbors till 11 at night. The next night before I went to bed, after the cleaning lady cleaned she left a dirty towel in the bathroom that wasn’t cleaned at all. Then this morning when me and my mom woke up we saw 2 cockroaches. One in the bathroom and one on the bed I was sleeping on. Please do better with that please

Sheets were stained, a/c was off therefore making room hot and long to cool down, no local channels, bedsheets torn, floor burnt.

Price point was by far the best part. Room was covered in kids paint and scratched up. All appliances were unplugged when we arrived. Shower never got hot, hallway and elevator smelled of cigarettes, cockroaches in the hallway and the room. Housekeeping only made one of the two beds which I’ve never seen before, obvious they just tucked the sheets back in and didn’t change anything but the towels in the bathroom. People outside drinking and smoking in the parking lot until late in the evening. Staff was kind, the A/C worked well and the beds/pillows were comfortable but overall would not stay here again.

The front desk was barely attended, and the overall condition of the place was extremely disappointing. Bags and carts were left scattered everywhere, making the area look messy and poorly managed. Based on my experience, this place definitely deserves a one-star rating.
