SERVICE ANIMAL CAUSE FOR DENIAL?

I didn't think to tell them about my service animal so when they saw her get out the car the security guard was called and ask to please ask us to leave. They didn't want to give our money back but the security guard got them to.

Totally Disappointed

It wasn’t amazing, the owner, and concierge personnel were horrible! Terrible customer service, CASH ONLY, and had to use the night window at 9pm. Not even a receipt was printed, and my husband and I refused to use the tub.

Just DON'T do it!!

This place was TERRIBLE!! It was FILTHY and the bathroom smelled like vomit!!! The lights by the bed didn't work and the t.v. remote was taped together. After paying, we requested a receipt and we were informed we would not be given one until we checked out. What kind of place DOES that? This was a last minute decision and it was the worst decision we've made all year!!

Arrived and was told they were sold out. I showed the clerk my Expedia reservation and his response was, "I don't care, we have no rooms." While this was happening, my 11 year old son's car window was been knocked on by a prostitute attempting to solicit him. There were multiple groups of people milling about and drinking in the parking lot. Stay here at your own peril.
