Roof-Top Restaurants + Shops + Bars. Classic Spanish Design meets Local Trend. Designed & Styled by local artists.

Artist Designed Studio. Our open living area is furnished with a User-Friendly Murphy Bed, suited with a new Hybrid-Comfort Mattress and Plush Linens (inspired by Chip and Joanna Gaines, providing comfort just as your bed at home), as well as our sleeper sofa. Full kitchen and fully stocked bathroom. Original wood floors with Vintage Charm. And of course, we provide fresh clean linens.

Guest access
24-Hour Check-In (Anytime after 3:00 pm). Free parking is located in the back on of building, off of Matilda Street.

Hosting is our passion & Dallas is our home. Automatic lockbox check-in & check-out process. We do our best to provide an accommodating stay for guests. We live in the area, and are available upon request.

Getting around
Walk to local bars, and restaurants and to Trader Joe's. Public transit / Uber friendly. Only 3 miles from downtown and only 20 mins from our local airport. We are just 30 mins from the Cowboys AT&T stadium, the Rangers stadium, Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. Home of the American Airlines Center, the Mavs, Stars, fun concerts and endless entertainment. Bus stop at apartment. Located perfectly to see all that Dallas offers.

Other things to note
Please read (in detail) the house manual and rules. Studio easily sleeps 3, but can accommodate 4 guests. To respect the privacy of our residents please only communicate with me if you need anything. Enjoy!

Wonderful as usual!
We come to Dallas every year and always book thos apartment. The price is very good and the property manager goes a great job. This apartment is charming and feels very private. Its perfect for couples, especially with the soaking tub. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Great area. What was pictured was accurate. Clean, nice bed and pillows! Could hear traffic as if windows were open though. Hated to use outlet/mirror near front door to dry my hair early AM’s but no outlet in bathroom.

Perfect stay
Great for what we needed! Walking distance to strip in lower Greenville. Bright light in windows and loud road noise but perfectly fine for a 3 night stay for a couple!

holiday inn takes a back seat!
We were very pleased with our stay. Nice ,neat curb appeal . Easy access to updated vintage apartments. Loved the original wood floors and the thoughtful decor and comforts provided. Exceptionally clean thru out . A quiet peaceful place to stay.

Perfect Location
This studio apartment was very clean and located in an excellent location. It was very convenient to everything. Several shops and restaurants are an easy walk away. The apartment was very nice and has a large claw foot style soaking tub. Hopefully this place will be available next year when we come back to Dallas.

Petite studio but lovely
The place was in a great location. It was a cute place. The shower was slippery but juts be careful when you shower, I wasn't but I'm good. Lower Greenville was just one street away. Loved the place and the host was good.

Dallas birthday weekend
Location is perfect to walk to area restaurants and bars with a shirt drive to Deep Ellum area and American Airlines Center. Manager is easy to contact and helpful.
