Built in the 1960s, this modern-accented building is located next to a urban city park in a historical neighborhood just outside downtown Dallas. Expect original foundation and layout. We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections.

This is a first floor apartment, you may hear the upstairs neighbors and exterior noise, we offer sound machines and ear plugs upon request. If you need these items please request between 8am-5pm.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.
