EVERYTIME!!!!…. I make reservations through the front desk or Expedia I get a handicapped room( when we get to the property they don’t have a room for me that,s assessable EVERYTIME!thank goodness for an exceptional employee that went out of her way to get me in a room that I could use “MIA”that’s her name,she was kind and considerate to everyone….i have been promised thousands of points from HILTON FOR MESSING UP MY RESERVATION! I’ve not seen even one(1) yet.Lasr year for my sisters BD in July ,I booked 3 nights in Dallas on 75,then called back to see if I could book it another night…they said”sure”.we get to the property and that room had not been available for one whole month, so for our inconvenience they gave us 10,000 points( a whole 20-25 dollars….ive yet to see that…then we went to Vegas and was promised 3,000 points if we booked before Christmas…still waiting on our points….i have NEVER gotten anything they promised…..also was given 2 breakfast credits once, when I got my bill ,they charged us for one….then to top it off they make you feel likes it’s our fault( not Mia)!!!im just touching the surface here on
