Loved this place!

We stayed here for a month and loved this place and had a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again. The casita has everything you need for an extended stay and the outdoor space is so nice and a real bonus. Also, great location. Walking distance to historic Main street and the botanical gardens. Loved, loved this place and highly recommend!

The BEST little house ever!

This past summer, a friend of mine and I stayed in Mrs. Patti and Mr. Steve's guest house for almost 2 and a half months as we worked our internships in Dallas. I don't even know where to begin with this review! I have never experienced something involving housing that was so seamless and catering to our needs. Anything we needed during our long stay was given to us almost immediately, and any problem we may have ran into (very rare) was taken care of by the end of the day. The house had such a warm feeling (and not just because of the Texas summer heat). It was obvious that every detail of it was constructed with love and care! My favorite part of the house was the location! Only about a 3 minute walk to downtown Grapevine (cutest place ever!!) and about a 25 minute drive to the heart of Dallas! I will never forget my summer here and would have stayed longer at the casita if I could have!!
