Very clean. Great staff. Pretty quiet. Only negative is that it is valet only, no self parking.

Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown by IHG
Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They don’t provide water for guests. We had to purchase. Insane holding fee ,$75 a night. Only good thing was the happy hour and the bartender was very kind.
