This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! As soon as I opened the door, I saw bugs crawling all around. We got 2 rooms cause we were driving from Michigan to Florida for spring break. It was 5 teenage girls and 2 of us moms, so we needed 2 rooms just to get some sleep. We closed the door and went to the front desk and showed them the pictures of the bugs all over, and he said he couldn’t refund me. We left there!!! I had to p$$ for a different hotel because it was so DISGUSTING!!! WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BUGS AND WANT TO TAKE THEM HOME WITH YOU!!!!

The only good thing about this property is it is right off the highway and the front desk staff was nice. There were hairs on the bedding,and the comforter was stained as was the mattress. Bed had springs poking through and tub was dirty. Also the wall are paper thin so you could hear everything. Definitely would never stay here again.

We walked in their was a musty smell, the chair to sit in was dirty. We wondered about the rest. Then while watching Tv a Hugh roach crawled up the wall. Didn’t look at microwave or refrigerator. The gentlemen at the front desk were kind and helpful.

Hotel was acceptable for the one night we needed but it is dated, bed was hard, neighborhood made me nervous. Room was clean, outside was not as clean. The lack of safety I felt would be enough for me not to go back.

The curb appeal is lacking. Grass was uncut and the weeds were bad. The furnishings are dated and well worn. The cleanliness was fair. A large live roach was found in the bathroom the morning we were checking out. The pool was not in service. Breakfast was very limited. The front desk staff were friendly.

Property pictures on website do not accurately portray the real condition of the property. Very run down, security camera on the main lobby entrance was the first give away because it was home to several birds flying in and out. Staff was very kind but the property itself was terrible! Save yourself time and take a pass on this one.

Room had an odor of vomit when we walked in and the floor felt sticky. But for one night on a long road trip, it was convenient and economical. We felt safe and the bed was comfortable and clean which is the most important.

The stay was not worth the ultra inflated $150 (after tax $154) we paid because it was spring break weekend along I-75 and had no other options. I wouldnt spend more than $60/night for this place. For a $60 hotel, its what you would expect, but a massive ripoff for any more. I will never stay here again, but I happen to prefer a decent hotel. My pillow was quite lumpy, but the other persons was fine. The wall sconce was hanging and the bathroom door doesnt close when youre sitting on the toilet. When I was younger this stuff wouldnt bother me, but is a deal breaker anymore. If this stuff doesnt matter to you, it does the trick I guess. It was clean enough, just not worth the exorbitant price gouging.

Very disappointed in the room. Supposed be no -smoking but had a lingering “smoke” smell. There were cigarette burn marks on the side of the tub. The bathroom door was dirty. Linens and sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. Needless to say the room looked nothing like the photos on the website.

Clean room, but lousy breakfast
Short summary: If you want a clean place to lay your head (and don't mind firm mattresses and pillows) and plan on getting breakfast somewhere else, this place is fine. I typically don't leave negative reviews anywhere, but I feel like people should have an accurate picture of what this particular Red Roof Inn is like. I've stayed in quite a few Red Roof Inns over the years. A lot of them have been updated and are pretty nice. This one is not one of those. Old mattress, old pillows, outdated. Don't get me wrong, there was nothing run down about my room. It was clean. I had great water pressure in the shower. Just old, firm mattresses and pillows. The biggest letdown, though, was the breakfast. **Ignore the picture of the breakfast area.** There is no cereal. The waffle maker is only available on Saturday and Sunday. The juice machine was out of order. A couple yogurts, meh hotel coffee, and cheap prepackaged pastries was it. I was just frustrated by my stay because I've been so pleased with other Red Roof Inns and this one left a lot to be desired. I had planned on eating breakfast there, along with my three kids, but we ended up having granola bars and bottles of water in the car anyway because of how the breakfast was.
