For the price point of this place it is a gem!!!!! This place exceeds expectation for what you are paying for. We stayed for 3 days for my daughter’s softball tournament in dalton. Saved me $650 compared to staying in dalton super easy up and down the highway. We had house keeping everyday with towels and sheets placed in our room. We didn't bother with breakfast its continental which means barely anything and i don't know why people complain about it. Plenty of places to eat right where we were staying. Staff super friendly their ice machine full and worked a little noisy outside but you are pretty much right off the highway and behind restaurants. We will 100% be staying there again if we have more tournaments that way in the future.

We checked in very late in the night at 12.30am and were tiered after a long day of travel.. we got our keycards and entered the room to find we have the wrong room.. my husband went back to the registration desk and got another room and when we entered we were again given the wrong room with single bed verses 2 queen bed.. when we called and told the receptionist. She quickly apologized and personally got our keys to the correct room even though we were really upset with the incident.. the receptionist action calmed us down.. over all very pleased with our stay.

The room smelled mildewy and the air was either blasting the bed closest to it with freezing air or blowing moist warm air around, no in between. We all woke up with sore throats and stuffy noses. The shower handle would not turn water on. We checked in late and were tired so I didn’t mess with it that night. Not happy to not get showers. In morning I asked front desk and she said you really have to pull hard. I guess that’s why it was pulling away from the wall and all the caulk was pulled off but we finally got showers. The stay was pretty decent and the room was clean. There was no where to get drinking water or a fountain on the property other than paying for a bottled water from a vending machine. The gentleman working the front desk that evening offered me a couple of bottled waters, which was very appreciated. Unfortunately, when I went to shower the next morning, the water wouldn't turn on. When I mentioned this at checkout, the lady at the desk explained that I just had to "pull it really hard" and that "a lot of guests have problems with our showers". I explained to her that I had tried pulling and twisting it and that it was actually pulling away the caulking from the wall, but she was just very dismissive. Her reaction sullied an otherwise fairly pleasant stay.
