「Fantastic accommodation with lots of amenity included - hairdryer, breakfast, a desk, lots of powerpoints, even an extra blanket. Rooms were very clean and minimal but stylish. Would be good if there were more stair openings from the carpark to the suites. Friendly staff! Beautifully kept grounds.」

There was quiet AC in the rooms and comfortable, beds we slept well. Pool area with loungers and sun umbrellas was well maintained . The staff could've be more pleasant or helpful. 」

「It's an old motel but well maintained, the room was super clean, staff were lovely and the combo of aircon and fan worked a treat. Didn't hear any noise from other visitors either. Would stay again. 」

「Such a beautiful & historical property. Wonderful staff on site and supportive remote customer service team. Many gorgeous furnishings, artwork and high standards across the board. Tranquil and idyllic setting by the river, surrounded by nature and a short stroll into bustly Bangalow. A truly magnificent place to stay.」

「I had a lovely stay at the Cubana in Ballina. They are the friendliest staff I have ever met and always had a smile and a chat. The rooms were spotless and I just loved that I had a kitchen and laundry available anytime of the day. The pool was sparkling and the grounds well cared for. The rooms were quiet and even though many people stayed, I didn't hear them. Thanks for a great stay.」
