「The rooms had a very unpleasant odor, and the overall guest experience was disappointing. The Wi-Fi connection was poor, and I found the front office staff to be rude and lacking basic customer service skills. During my stay, one staff member abruptly ended a phone call while I was inquiring about a late checkout, and another called back in a manner that I perceived as intimidating and unprofessional. 「The hotel pictures online showed photos of updated property and this was not the case with my room. It was ok and ok but dated with low beds and the bathroom had built up dust and and some mold in the bathroom.」

「My wife and I stayed for a night to attend a wedding. The room and the property were very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. I was worried that the 3 pm check-in would make us late to the ceremony, but the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Check-in took less than 5 minutes! The lobby had decent coffee even in the afternoon. I’ll definitely stay here again when in town.」
