Outside the fenced area, is a balance of thick-wooded privacy surrounding the property on three sides. Neighbors are almost invisible from the back porches in the spring and through mid-fall.

The master bedroom is on the main level and has a private deck with a full bath and laundry conveniently located across the hall.
The upper level features a loft bedroom with 2 twin beds and a trundle-twin bed, sitting area and has its own deck.
The lower level has the third bedroom with a queen bed, a futon sofa-bed, full bath, and gas fireplace.
Also located on the lower level is a workshop area that has plenty of room to store your bikes, or other outdoor equipment. Even basic tools are on site for unforeseen quick fixes.
Luxury linens, extra pillows, and plush towels and blankets are also provided. High-quality and highly-rated mattresses are on all beds.
Central air and heat, single carport near the house, wireless internet throughout the house, puzzles, games, books for all ages and other pastimes to help promote family time without screens.
Some cell phone carriers have troubles with service at the house and some areas in town. Verizon seems to work the best.

Strict no smoking policy in the house.

A nature lover and outdoor enthusiasts dream spot since it’s minutes from the four tails that intersect with Damascus: The Appalachian, The Virginia Creeper, The Iron Mountain and the HWY 76 Bicycle Route.
Tasty, fun restaurants and a local craft- brewery in Damascus with additional fabulous restaurant options in Abingdon, just 20 minutes away. Bike shops in town have bikes for the whole family to rent and friendly shuttle services.
