We were expecting a much better room. The room seems outdated, the bedding was really uncomfortable and not cozy. Pillows were uncomfortable and we have to ask for more pillows. The sofa bed where my son slept, was dirty and we had to ask for additional clean sheets and blankets.
The hallways looked like a hospital and just felt not cozy at all.
The staff is amazing and very friendly.

We loved this hotel. The room was a bit cramped, but since we barely in it, it wasn’t an issue. The shower didn’t drain well, and the water pressure was REALLY strong. When I showered, there was a bit of a pool in the shower. Other than that, we didn’t have any problems.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind with whatever we needed.
The hotel was conveniently located near MSG and Macy ’s. Would stay here again!

The hotel was conveniently located in the Chelsea area. Room was very clean and a good size for a moderately priced NYC hotel. I appreciated the complimentary soft drinks in the mini-fridge. Staff was cheerful and helpful

"Bra med gratis parkering utanför boendet. Rummet var helt ok för en natt och inget mer. Ligger i källarvåningen, inte blivit uppdaterat sedan 80 talet med sina pastellfärgade blommiga gardiner och gamla möbler men ändå ok. Förra året bodde vi på samma hotell och hade då ett "lyxigare" rum som kostade ..."
