This is a very nice holiday home, situated well for the beach we couldn’t believe how nice a quiet it was. The only small complaint was the the photos were very old and the garden and trees are overgrown for the space

Nice location, the house was clean except for some details. The person (Serge) looking after the house was friendly and helpful. Some remarks: The maintenance of the garden could be better. The beds are a bit to narrow and paper sheets are not really comfortable.

A lovely house with good gardens front and rear, only a few metres from the sea. Communication with the agent was a little difficult, then it is our fault we do not speak French. He was not there to meet us at the agreed time and had to get a kindly neighbour to call him. There are no very near shops so had to drive to Damgan to get the morning croissants.

Our first time taking a vacation in France and after much research, we got it spot on for a perfect break. This house is just perfectly located in a quiet spot, just strides from the beach, perfect for walks along the beautiful coast and walking distance to some very nice eateries too. Everything you could want and more in a very well equipped kitchen, into a bright and spacious lounge dining area on the ground floor. A very pretty double room and facilities on the ground floor which was perfect for my elderly mom. We spent All day outside, lovely furniture in a perfect little sun trap and filled with the sounds of birds and wildlife to snooze to, and the sounds of the ocean too. Upstairs - we used one double bedroom which had a very welcoming and cosy feel to it, ample storage. And a spacious shower room etc with lovely sink and vanity unit. (There are more rooms we didn’t use) I thoroughly recommend this holiday home - we felt so comfortable from the get go and it made for an immense week. Damgan is moments away with shops, fresh breads, cakes, charcuterie and all you need. Some lovely restaurants and just a lovely feel. Locals are super friendly to school drench speaking brits 😂 The house is perfectly located to explore with a lot of places that should be on your visit list within 40 minutes. It was always nice to return to the tranquility and comfort of this home. Book it!

Réservation au dernier moment, le propriétaire a su s'adapter sans difficultés, un grand merci ! Accueil et départ impeccable.Location bien située, un bonheur de pouvoir profiter de la mer à 2 pas du gite. Maison très bien équipée, des jeux d'intérieur et d'extérieur, des livres, ... Nos enfants avaient de quoi s'occuper, ce qui est un sacré plus quand on voyage en famille !Peut-être une vigilance à avoir sur l'état de quelques poêles, seule petite ombre au tableau.Merci beaucoup !

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, hatsehr gute Küchenausstattung, sehr schöne Deko und zwei große Terassen. Die große Garage ist sehr praktisch. Die Betten im Obergeschoss waren uns zu hart. Ein 2. Sofa wäre schön.

Maison parfaite pour des vacances en couple ou en famille, au calme, dans ce quartier privilégié de Penerf, dans ce joli coin de Bretagne que nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir. Rien ne manque dans cette maison rénovée joliment . Merci à Monsieur Meunier pour la sympathique attention lors de notre arrivée, à Elise pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité.

Maison très bien équipée côté cuisine mais aussi côté jeux de sociétés et livres aussi bien pour les grands que les enfants. Le jardin avec la balançoire et les jeux à disposition sont un vrai bonheur pour les petits. La proximité avec la plage et les balades sont idéales. Les commerces ne sont pas loin non plus ce qui facilite le quotidien. Très agréable séjour. Merci

Une semaine entre amis motards. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison et son environnement. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Nous disposions d'un grand garage pour nos motos. Seul reproche pour nous motards, nous ne pouvions pas apporter notre linge de lit et il nous a été proposé un kit lit. Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec des draps en untissé. Au bout de 3 jours tout a commencé à se degrader :( Nous recommandons au propriétaire de trouver un loueur de linge. Malgré cela, ce fut un très bon séjour.
