BRAND NEW KITCHEN APPLIANCES - The Lodge features 3 Bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, gourmet kitchen, wrap around deck and hot tub. Sleeps 8-9 comfortably.

The Barn features 4 bedrooms, a pool table and a deck sleeps 8-12 people.

This listing combines two separate listings for the Smoke Rise Lodge ("The Lodge") and The Barn at Smoke Rise Lodge ("The Barn")

LIVING AREAS
The main living area features a large kitchen island with bar stools, living room with large stone gas burning fireplace, and a large dining room table with expansive views.

KITCHEN & DINING
BRAND NEW KITCHEN APPLIANCES - Stone kitchen countertops, open concept style kitchen, dishes, silverware, and cookware, etc.

This luxury Lodge is fully equipped to satisfy the most discerning guest. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials to prepare meals for large groups. We also offer a Weber Grill on the back deck for cook-outs.

Another six-person dining area is located in the common space inside.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This three-story cabin sleeps 9 guests in three bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and downstairs area.

The king-size master bedroom has a large flat-screen TV, deck access with hot tub. The beautiful en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with double sink vanity and walk-in shower.

On the main floor of the home, the second bedroom has a king-size bed, high ceilings, and a large closet.

Find the sleeping loft upstairs with another sleeping coach/day bed and/or a play area for children. 1/2 bathroom on the main level for guest.

Lower level offers a distinct living area with TV and leather seating area for over 10 people, with kitchenette, en-suite queen size bedroom.

Large leather couch allowing 1 adult to sleep comfortably.

All of our en-suites are well appointed with luxury linens, fresh towels, soaps, shampoos.

Our goal is your comfort! Each suite has a flat screen television, hairdryer, iron, robes, and slippers.

Take in gorgeous lake views outdoor door living to enjoy alfresco on your large 2 tiered deck overlooking Douglas Lake. The deck offers dinning area for 6 plus large picnic table and grill for you to enjoy as you sip morning coffee; or enjoying a cocktail in the evening.

Spanning 18 acres in The Great Smokey Mountains the Barn offers scenic views and beautiful wildlife. Lakefront at it’s best! Private boat dock on the property.

This can be your piece of heaven and tranquility and during the summer, dive off the private dock into the natural spring-fed lake. You can rent a boat or jet ski, or utilize one of our kayaks. Fishing might be more your speed Douglas Lake is known for large-mouth bass, crappie, and catfish.

The winter is a terrific time of the year to gaze at the wildlife and snow-capped English mountains.

Just sit back and get ready to relax enjoy family, friend or just to listen to all of the wonderful wildlife.

Ober Gatlinburg amusement park is a family-favorite destination less than 1 hour from Smoke Rise Barn on Douglas Lake. Don't miss the incredible views from the SkyLift or the Space Needle while you're in town.

Explore the Forbidden Caverns in nearby Sevierville, then try an array of spirits at Tennessee Legend Distillery, and Dandridge's Revolutionary War Graveyard.

Guest will have access to The Smoke Rise Lodge & Barn and dock.

You will have direct access to our boat dock on Douglas Lake.

We have kayaks available for your pleasure. Local marinas do have motor boat rentals available.

Douglas Lake has become a popular recreational site where visitors can enjoy picnicking, fishing and more!

Besides being a top spot for fishing, it also has exceptional opportunities for boating.

Visit all five marinas and restaurants on Douglas Lake, skydiving, water sports, Visit Revolutionary War Graveyard, Lighthouse Pointe Marina, the shops at Roper Mansion, Hot Air Balloning, Smoky Moutain Motorcycle Musuem, Smokey Moutain Petting Zoo, Patriot Hill Golf Club, Forbidding Caverns, Bushes Beans, and many more local activities.

Angelo’s Italian Restaurant on Douglas Lake is a great place to visit by boat or car.

The Smoke Rise Lodge and Barn are situated on 18 peaceful acres close to Route 40 and Route 81.

Within an hour from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Great Smokey Mountain National Park and Knoxville, TN.

Locally enjoy boating, fishing, golf, white water rafting and hiking.

We do have a private boat dock on Douglas Lake with access to (2) kayaks, paddle board and life jackets. There are several Marinas that rent boats as well.

We are on 18 acres of beautiful secluded land with (2) Homes and a boat dock that occupies about 6 of those acres.

The Barn is about 150 Yards down a sloping mowed hill from The Lodge. The Boat Dock is directly below The Barn accessible by an asphalt driveway.

In the rear of The Barn there is a small deck off of the upstairs sitting area that overlooks the lake. Out front we have a sitting area with a large Gas Grill.
