“The property is very spacious and comfortable with stunning views over the bay. It has a front balcony and a side garden terrace, so all day sunshine. Very friendly family that own the property and live above, great to talk to, to gain an understanding of the locality and indeed, recent Montenegro history. Property is a five minutes walk from the sea and a lovely 40 minute walk into Kotor, along a quite lane next to the sea. Our highlights were walking to Fort Vrmac, up the Franz Joseph steps……

“Our stay was wonderful! The house is situated on a hill with beautiful views, nice pool and enough space in the house. The kitchen was well equipped, spacious (together with the living room) and offered also nice views.The bathroom could be a bit larger, but there were enough showers and toilets for a fully booked house.Communication with the owner (Amélie) was very smooth and helpful.We really enjoyed our holidays!”

“A beautiful, modern, well-presented apartment with good amenities (strong WiFi, well equipped kitchen, fairly powerful shower, working washing machine, 3x TVs, clean and tidy furniture wherever you might want it).Excellent views over the mountains and Bigova beach area, in an incredibly peaceful setting.Some of the wide-angle photos on the listing do make it look a little larger than it is, but we'd worked out that out beforehand.Great to have a pool, given the price of the property - not……

“We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys and spent 4 nights at the Old Vine House. The location is perfect - right in the heart of the old town just a few minutes walk to the sea front. The property itself is a gorgeous old place with fabulous views from the top bedroom. The aircon was very welcome as we were in Perast during several very hot days. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a good little convenience store a few minutes walk where you can buy essentials……
