"I love this hotel. This was my 5th stay here. The location is perfect for both walking and Metro access. The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed with very comfortable beds. However the real stars of the show are the staff. Always helpful and friendly. Especially John at the bar. Really great guy who gives exemplary service every day, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else!! "

"Luggage storage was extra and was expensive "

"Not sure how this could happen, but two 100 g chocolate bars left on the interior windowsill in the morning were no longer there in the afternoon. There wasn't anything left, not a trace of the bars or the packaging, nothing. The window was left open for fresh air, however, there is a limiter in place which does not allow the window to open more than 2 inches. Moreover, birds do not take food somewhere else. They eat it where they find it. A word of caution: do not leave anything of any value in the room when you are not there."

"10 min location from all major metros and buses. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. However the space was really small and parts dusty. The rooms have no extra frills but provides storage, towers and TV. The hostel caters to younger audience ( early 20s, late 20s). If you intend to be out most of your visit and on a budget this is perfect. Water station Bar in building GREAT amenities ( gym, cinema, ping pong, other games) "
