I was in Darby for a Bluegrass Festival and found my stay perfect. Everything I needed was there. The airconditioned room was great after spending the day in 90 + degree heat.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. It was a good place to have a dog. However, our cabin we were given were attached to the public laundry and restrooms/showers. We heard ever shower taken and knocking on doors, using the restrooms at all hours. Was very disappointed we were assigned that room for three nights.

A very nice room with our own bathroom. A good location and Darby is in a beautiful area. Nice to have a full kitchen set-up, including a full size fridge. The biggest drawback was that it was quite warm when we visited, and the window a/c had not been installed and there was no screen on the window, so it was quite warm with the west facing window and difficult to sleep.

severely disappointed. They sent me an elaborate check in procedure which didn't pertain to my actual room. No one on site to help, confusion as to where my room was, and I had to call them! I thought I was getting a smaller cabin but in fact it was a room where you had to pass the community bathrooms and laundry room to access. Which presented quite a bit of noise at all sorts of hours. The lighting was poor, it was dark, it was dingy, it was depressing. It had a bit of community bathroom smell to it unless you made coffee. You couldn't open a window for fresh air, you couldn't lower the shade to block out the athletic field's lights behind the room. They offered an upgrade for more $ but plenty of cabins empty the whole time there, they could have just moved me. I am not a room diva having travelled the world but I went home ( beautiful drive) and actually took a long shower to wash off the negative experience. Quite a discrepancy for what they charged and what you got.
