“Personalet er meget imødekommende og venlige. Hotellet er flot, fremstår nyrenoveret og meget pænt. Især personalet - både i receptionen, rengøringen og i restauranten - skal have en ekstra stjerne for at være glade, interesserede og servicemindet. Der er fri adgang til spa-området og en sød have “Zen Garden”.”

“Excellent hotel in Pinzolo. We enjoyed the small but clean and functional spa after walking and cykling in the mountains. The staff is very helpful and professional. What potential guests should be aware about is that the church bells ring every hour throghout the night. ”

“Di passaggio in una gita di tre giorni. Bellissima struttura con personale molto preparato e gentile. Non mi capitava da una vita (e 30/40 notti all’anno le passo in hotel…) di essere accompagnato in camera dai receptionist. Bravi! Una piccola pecca. In fase di prenotazione non era scritto da nessuna parte che non era attivo il ristorante e siamo dovuti andare in centro a cena. Ottimo lo stesso.”
