"Typical IHG property, clean good service. The only thing that I have concerns with are the breakfast. The bacon is never cooked properly, it’s obviously just thrown in a backing pan to half stew and never get the chance to be crispy"

"We chose this hotel based on location. It is very close to Southern Cross Station, lots of shopping, great food and night life! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We booked a superior king suite but when we entered our room, it had 2 twin beds. The front end staff were very quick to remedy the mix up and were very apologetic. We would definitely come back! "
